TERMS & CONDITIONS

ETERNITY JAPAN - TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Eternity Japan website and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. ABOUT US

Eternity Japan is a jewellery brand designed in Japan, with pieces handcrafted in India. Our studio and operations are based in Japan.

2. PRODUCTS

We make every effort to display our products, including colour and detail, as accurately as possible. Natural stones vary slightly piece to piece, which is part of their character.

Made-to-order and engraved pieces are built to your specification after order confirmation.

3. ORDERS & PRICING

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we accept once payment is confirmed.

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and are subject to change without notice; the price at the time of order confirmation applies.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

4. PAYMENT

Payment is processed securely at checkout. All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping terms, processing times, and customs responsibilities are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Returns, refunds, resizing, and cancellation terms are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including designs, images, logos, and text — is the property of Eternity Japan and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, Eternity Japan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products, beyond the value of the order in question.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. [To be confirmed with legal counsel — jurisdiction for international consumer disputes may require additional clauses.]

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
