ETERNITY JAPAN - SHIPPING POLICY

Every piece is made with care and shipped from our studio in Japan. This policy explains what to expect from dispatch to delivery, including processing times, shipping, tracking, duties, and taxes.

1. SHIPPING ORIGIN

All orders are dispatched from our studio in Japan to destinations worldwide.

2. PROCESSING TIME

In-stock pieces: Dispatched within 3 business days.

Made-to-order and engraved pieces: Built to your specification and dispatched within 3–4 weeks.

3. DELIVERY

All shipments are insured and require a signature upon delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local courier or customs processing.

Tracking details will be shared once your order leaves our studio.

4. DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, and local taxes. An estimate may be shown at checkout; however, the final amount is determined by local customs and is the customer's responsibility.
